ABOUT

Centre for Innovative Engineering (CIE), Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) in collaboration with Asia Technological University Network (ATU-Net) and Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) are organising the International Conference on Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Computing, Engineering and Science Education 2023 (invENT 2023) with the theme: "Adoption of Digital Transformation: Social Resilience towards Sustainable Development"

InvENT 2023 conference is an inspiring gathering of innovators, entrepreneurs, and industry experts. Social resilience has accelerated a digital transformation in response to the need for lifestyle change. Moreover, digital transformation offers new tools and opportunities to move forward and address longer-term development challenges. It brings upheavals that trigger innovations in business and consumption models, reshape production systems and value chains, reorganize economic sectors, generate new dynamics in the world of work, create smart goods and services, and create new competitive conditions. To achieve a sustainable post-pandemic society, the development of cutting-edge technology is expected to create new value and bridge the gap between people and the economy in the future.

InvENT 2023 aims to bring together researchers, academics, and practitioners to showcase the latest innovations and developments and to exchange ideas and various aspects of advances in innovation, entrepreneurship, information technology, and their applications. Other related areas of InvENT 2023 include innovative and communication technology (ICT) applications.

InvENT 2023 will be held at International Convention Centre, Brunei Darussalam on October 23-24, 2023. All accepted papers of InvENT 2023 are to be published by the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM)* and/or Francis and Taylor Publishers, an international non-profit professional organisation based in the United States of America for the academic and scientific community that conducts research in the field of innovative technology.
