Dr. Nomahaza Mahadi

Associate Professor, Azman Hashim International Business School (AHIBS), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia.
Expertise: Organizational behavior, leadership, and business management.

Dr. Nomahaza Mahadi is an Associate Professor at Azman Hashim International Business School, UTM. She started her academic career with UTM Kuala Lumpur in June 1998. She received her PhD degree from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom in 2011. She has more than 10 years of experience in the areas of emotional intelligence, personality, leadership & work attitudes. She also offers services for developing the ability to regulate emotions and use them to guide actions. She has authored and co-authored several articles and research papers in reputable journals, conference proceedings, book chapters, and books.

Dr. Abdullah Ismail

Senior Business Consultant, TEO International A/S, Denmark &Visiting Faculty, UTB School of Business, Brunei.
Expertise: Innovation-driven entrepreneurship, business transformation, university-centered innovation & entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Dr. Abdullah Ismail is an academic, innovation consultant, and a social entrepreneur with about 19 years of global work experience. He has been actively engaged in teaching and practicing innovation & entrepreneurship, writing consulting and research grant proposals, conducting user-need analysis and impact assessment, establishing idea incubators and innovation centers within universities, developing innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystems to support new ideas, conducting innovation readiness and capability audit, and developing strategic partnerships through onboarding the key stakeholders and aligning their interests. He has delivered a wide range of management courses and spoken to a number of international conferences. He has served in several universities, consultancies, industrial firms, humanitarian organizations, and startups in many countries within Europe, South Asia, the Middle East, andthe Far East. He is particularly driven by the ideaoftransforming the traditional types of universities into innovation-driven ‘entrepreneurial universities’ to help create a positive and sustainable impact on the local economies and the society at large.
